What Does a Manufacturing Technician 1 Do?

- Ability to pass background check and drug screen
- Basic math skills with proficiency in the metric system

- Must be okay with working in a COLD ENVIRONMENT with heavy lifting and lots of cleaning
- Must read/write/speak English effectively

Those with reading and math skills at or above the 9th grade level are well-prepared for the math and science topics taught during the academy. 参与者 who believe they don’t have a strong background in math or science should not be discour年龄d to apply because math and science for the workplace are taught during the academy. 最重要的是, 求知欲, interest in the field of biotechnology, and commitment to the program determine individual success in the program. 参与者 must be at least 18 years old and have a high school diploma or its equivalent.
